This a a view of roses along a garden wall at the Brantridge Estate in Balcombe,England. This was part of the former ducal estate where we spent a week's vacation in June.
An aging librarian who enjoys gardening (flowers) as a way of relaxing, exercising and generally gaining some much needed tranquility. Unfortunately, I haven't met a flower I didn't like so I can become overambitious in building my flower beds. I find that while quietly gardening it gives me time to reflect on many parts of my life, including work conundrums and adding to my life knowledge through those activities.
